Mindfulness Full-Episode 1
Spoken Wordplay podcast Mindfulness Full-Episode 1 is for students to take a 15-minute break allowing yourself to focus on mindfulness meditation through daily practice of repeating positive repetition “I Am” Affirmations and listening to relaxing, dreamy alpha waves clarity music for 21 days to become a better you.
Spoken Wordplay Mindfulness full-episode 1 goal is to provide students with mental, social, emotional support and encouragement daily. My purpose is to help parents, teachers, school counselors and psychologists practice mental health prevention by recommending Spoken Wordplay to students and their siblings as a support system to be used as an outlet inside and outside of school resources. Many of students are going through mental health problems such as:
- social isolation
- worrying about their family and friends’ health & relationships
- feeling of grief
